Chia Pudding

2 cups soy or coconut milk 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup Whisk ingredients together, and place mixture into a jar or glass container. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.  Serve topped with fresh berries of your choice.  Healthy and Delicious - packed with Omega 3 for a healthy brain and happy mood!
